Our Story
Orion RE Capital was established by its founders with the passion to serve real estate investors. Based in Texas over 20+ years, the management team has organically grown from ground up in acquiring, syndicating, and managing commercial real estates that mostly included multifamily assets. Collectively the team has participated in $1+B of transactions over 8 years and completed full cycle of investments as GPs and Co-CPs.
Our Core Strategy
We target property sectors with strong fundamentals like job growth, business friendly environment, diversified and well-balanced employment, less correlation to market cycles with specific focus on residential-commercial assets like multifamily, BTR, SFR and some level of diversification in retail and industrial.
